Holy Seals are a rare encounter in a rare biome, the Heaven biome that only spawns in floating island portals. Depending on your luck, it can be such a frustrating experience to get one that it's argubly worth bringing a Mindbender with you to insure to succeed in the capture.
They are an Elite with high magic growth and a special passive that gives all seals in the party +1 AP. They will generate with a number of strong magic skills, mostly light and healing based.
