A skill that causes the user to fly to another tile, pushing away units around the target tile if possible, then doing damage to the moved units.

That it can't be used while engaged makes it an initiator skill, yet the fact that it pushes away units makes it unsuitable for follow-up attacks, and if the unit is not moved it receives no damage. As such it may not look like a good skill at first glance, but in the right hands it can be highly useful. Best used for disrupting enemy positions, particularly in regards to terrain, or forcing enemies around for other units to follow-up.
