A unique seer. Roctu can be recruited, only if the MC chose rock affinity. Her event triggers in the beach, where she requests to be trained. Simply choose yes, you will get 1000 gold and she will join your party.
Roctu is a bit different, than regular seers, as she possesses mermaid genes and her skill are water related. Regardless of these anomalies, she rituals like as regular seer and unlocks seer body parts for Evolution. Roctu can summon stone spirits, each of them comes with an additional hardening trait.
