A base spirit that can be summoned by the MC for 20 stamina if they chose Fire Affinity at the start, summoned Fire Spirits will come with the Fire Affinity trait. If you selected UniqueStarter for added difficulty at the start, you won't be able to summon them and the one you are given will not have Fire Affinity.

They can also be summoned by Ruby for 20 stamina, whose Fire Spirits will come with an additional Defensive trait. Since Defensive reduces Strength, you are encouraged to pick skills that don't rely on Strength.

Base spirits are generally weak and will be priority targets for most of their training cycles. It's advised to keep them safe in combat encounters.

Like all base spirits, Fire Spirits can be reshaped upon hitting their level cap, increasing their Max Level and some genes but going back to level 1.

Fire Spirits have the most varied evolution paths. They can be evolved into Fire Cats, Lava Drinkers, Lavorms, Dragon Welps, Lava Frogs, or a specialized base species Lava Girl. Depending on your choice they can then be further evolved into Hell Beasts, Fire Snakes, Lava Spiders, or Fire Dragons.
