With both Oxygen Provider and Water Mount, it has everything you need to bringing a team into a water portal, but you don't need both in a single unit. In combat it's more of a nuisance than a threat, able to inflict Poison and Slow on attacks but awful stats (it has the same strength growth as Mules).
Produces Poison. Drops PoisonGlands and Poison.
