Night Crawler

A rare creature you'll only get to see if you recruit Avy. She brings one named Familiar with her, which has a couple of unique skills not found on other Night Crawlers. One of them is needed in order to achieve its evolution to a Portal Ripper, which means you will no longer have a Night Crawler, but it will give you access to her homeworld where you can tame wild Night Crawlers.
Avy's Night Crawler has a different set of skills from normal Night Crawlers: FamiliarBond, Bite, Swipe and ConsumeMana.
Regular Night Crawlers aren't really worth the effort however, with average stats and a small pool of potential skills.
Note that you can fuse it with other creatures and still evolve it to a Portal Ripper as long as it stays a Night Crawler after the fusion. However, if you're not interested in Avy's questline and don't mind sacrificing her Night Crawler, Familiar's unique skill, ConsumeMana, which allows the user to permanently increase mana, is inheritable and can be combined with Xhana's Focusing to give a unit infinite potential.
