A rare skill you might see on a Shadow Lizard, it works like the more commonly seen ShadowStep. The user teleports next to a target afflicted with Poison for no ap which gives the user an extra ap to work with.
It's inheritable, so it's a good move to have on your units if you plan on making a Poison using party.
