What exactly is the requirement for her event to trigger? I've gotten her event with just 19 characters at home, and 30 another time.
She mentions power, maybe a certain strength level? Total battle power you've got at home? It doesn't look like it's the number of units.
According to the code the requirement is "playerChars.Count >= 30".
Could you do some testing? I can't get her without 30 characters.

Ah, hold up. I've only been looking at the count in the top right but that's just the room count, innit? Doing a manual count I see I do in fact have more than 30 units. How utterly silly of me rofl my bad.
