I'm not really sure this section should be here, it's a confusing mess of some person's opinions that has little to do with helping players learn about the character.

I agree, but you should have seen the original. It was an utterly biased whinge-fest about how Evo used to be able to solo the entire game and isn't OP any more. I balanced it out with counter-arguments because I'm not sure about deleting information.
Deleting is fine, as long it improves the article, worst case it can always get restored as every revision is saved.
