Unique mermaid. Liz can be recruited, while going on the true ending path, in the wasteland portal. She is found triggering an event on a sludge tile, where she will be desperate to get out of this place. Simply agree to take her in and she will join your party.
As a wasteland dweller Liz has some interesting uses. She has a trait, that negates radiation and allows you to create a team, that fares better in the wasteland portal. She has brute genes, which can be bred into a pure brute. She also has a skill, that grants immunity to status effects.
