Due to the fact this is true damage and is inflicted to all characters, unless ur party can shield/tank most of the damage, you will wipe yourself alongside the enemies most of the time.

Even if you can survive the initial burst make sure u can mitigate the effects of irradiate which will reduce the max health of characters who don't have any mana left
