Unlock condition	Get a LightSpirit to lv 15

A genetic trait that Light Spirits have only if they've been summoned, it mainly boosts exp gain for the unit as well as the rest of the party. The party trait may not stack, but the Intelligent trait and the MC's Trainer profession will.
