A genetic trait that ensures a unit starts halfway to its Max Level, rounded up. So a hatching character with a Max Level of 11 will start at 6. Useful if you want to speed level Spirit Species or Seedlings in reshaping them to the limit, otherwise clashes horribly with growth increasing traits that take effect on level ups.
