A genetic trait unique to Narah, it is mostly relevant only to her ability to resurrect units, though it also prevents the unit from acquiring an injury. However it is useless if you chose no penalty for defeat at the beginning.
Even if you're not going to use Narah, consider having it on units with self-sacrificing skills such as Explosion or Martyr.
