Strategies
Combat
They get powerful magic growth but not much of a way to use it. Their main use, as evinced by their speed growth and skills, are for tactical positioning on the battlefield. They should be kept out of the frontlines however as they are extremely fragile. Furthermore, they can't equip weapons or armor, getting a single misc slot and three consumable slots. All that puts them solidly in a supporting role.
You may be put off by what looks like an underwhelming unit not worth the investment but there are ways to use them, particularly if you get Telekinetic on them to use their powerful Magic to attack with. Since they have both SlowEffect onAttack and Agile, they are capable of performing hit & runs. Also not many units have both the mobility and the consumable slots that a Seedling Fairy does. For example, you can load one up with Spark/Drain powders, jump in, throw them around, use remaining AP to attack, then Switch out so another unit can attack with all their AP.
Used wisely, a Seedling Fairy can be the perfect support to magnify your fighting power.
