Strategies
Combat
Can quickly spawn different kind of plants and insects for various purposes. Very strong in combination with other insects to restock their mana supply.
Overworld
For 10 energy she can produce an egg, effectively breeding with herself.
Starting the game with 2 base gene insects gives her as InsectQueen the ability to spawn a Drone with her own genetic values and no traits/specials for 7 energy.
Breeding
Very fertile/virile species, good for breeding.
The units spawned with the Brood Queen are of the same size as the Brood Queen itself.

They grow egg-like fruits in their plantlike hair. Because of their large abdomen they have difficulties moving.
