Strategies
Combat
Shadow Beasts are well balanced without any major weaknesses. They're one of the few Shadow Hybrids that don't need to rely on ShadowForm and a Seduction Type that can actually contribute to frontline combat. That said, they still have ShadowBound and without a means of creating their own shadow, so it is recommended to use them as part of a shadow team.
Overworld
Heightened Sense gives them a bonus to vision.
Breeding
They have equal Virility and Fertility, the highest of any Shadow Hybrid, which makes them good for breeding Shadows.
