Can be recruited during the painter event in the forest, you will have 2 choices either to tell the "Truth" or a "Lie".
Choosing Truth will allow you to recruit her 1 day after the Alt end and give you a bunch of Portal Fragments, the Lie option will recruit the other Unique Vilyn and increase Lust Resist.
